Membership structure:

The Network has two membership categories:

1. Nonprofit Community Developer Member

2. Associate Member

Nonprofit Housing and Community Developer Members: Nonprofit organizations involved in or planning housing and community development activities to benefit low- and moderate- income community residents. Nonprofit Housing and Community Developer Members are entitled to one seat on the Board of Trustees of the Network.

Associate Members: Nonprofit organizations not fitting the above definition; any public agency, financial institution, for-profit corporation, or subsidiary thereof; or any other individual or organization supporting the mission and activities of the Network. Associate Members may attend and participate in network meetings, but do not have voting privileges unless they have been nominated to, and approved by, the Board of Trustees of the Network.
