Murphy Prioritizes Affordable Homes and Lead Prevention
Inauguration speech applauded by community developers

In his remarks delivered during his inauguration today, Governor Phil Murphy emphasized the need for creating homes that are affordable and safe from the danger of lead. On the speech, Network President and Chief Executive Officer Staci Berger issued the following statement:

“We applaud Governor Murphy on his positive comments today and for recognizing the need for safe, decent, and affordable homes in New Jersey. Policies that protect children from lead poisoning and create more affordable home opportunities are integral for the state’s economy to prosper. We look forward to working with the Murphy Administration to make NJ a safe and affordable place we can all call home.”
