WEBINAR 1 ~ UNDERSTANDING ZONING 
Learn the fundamentals of zoning and how it influences land use, development, and community growth. This session will explore zoning districts, permitted uses, variances, conditional uses, site plan review, and the roles of zoning boards and municipal officials. Participants will gain practical knowledge to better navigate the zoning process, anticipate common challenges, and work more effectively with local governments to move projects forward.

WEBINAR 3 ~ CODE ENFORCEMENT & HEALTHY COMMUNITIES
Learn how property maintenance, housing, and health codes protect residents and strengthen neighborhoods. This session examines the role of code enforcement officials, common housing and safety violations, compliance processes, tenant and landlord responsibilities, and how effective code enforcement supports healthy, safe and equitable communities.
