Member Spotlight is dedicated site where we feature news & upcoming events from our members. Organizations will be permitted a maximum of three events to be featured at any given time in the Member Spotlight. Habitat for Humanity Blitz Build
June 20-30 | 36 Iona Avenue in Penns Grove
130 High School Youth coming to Salem County Habitat for Humanity along with 45 Adult advisors to build 3 homes in Penns Grove for Salem County Habitat for Humanity. This "blitz" build will take place over 10 days transforming 3 foundations turn into affordable homes. They are currently seeking homeowner applicants for the homes. Ribbon Cutting for Affordable Homes in Monmouth County
The Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) and the Alpert Group hosted a Ribbon Cutting ceremony for Cindy Lane Apartments, a 48-unit development that provides affordable housing for families and individuals in Monmouth County. Cindy Lane Family Ventures LLC. provides affordable homes to individuals with incomes up to 60% of the area median income, with five homes set aside for households with special needs. Read More
